Mindfulness Workshop Includes

  • Individual Interview with the Teacher

  • Eight weekly 2 hour live and interactive classes on Zoom

  • 16 guided Mindfulness meditations for your use

  • 8 sessions of handouts clearly explaining the key concepts and methods of application

MBCT classes are in-person and possibly on Zoom
