Mindful Therapy NYC offers these days for anyone with a wish to feel the joys being present, as well as a wish to loosen the hold of Depression, Anxiety or Stress.
Suitable for beginners and advanced meditators

Our daylong retreats are an opportunity to let go of everyday concerns and fully immerse yourself in the present.
When you set aside this time for yourself you set the stage for deeper levels of relaxation, awareness, self-understanding and compassion.
Learn mindfulness practices, mindfulness philosophy and participate in discussion led by Donald and Michelle . A typical day includes breath meditation, body awareness, practice understanding thoughts and emotions, learning to be less controlled by emotions, stretches, mindful walking and other mindful activities. There will be a lunch break, and we will describe how to practice mindfulness while you are eating.
Through meditation and other practices, we may reflect on the many ways that we and the world are connected. By being in touch with our own suffering, peace and happiness, we may discover new ways to help ourselves and others.
